Yoho National Park is a national park in southeastern British Columbia in Canada. The word “Yoho” is a Cree expression of amazement or awe. It fits the beautiful landscape there very well. This mountain landscape shows Mount Burgess and Emerald Lake in Yoho National park. Mount Burgess is one of the more dominant mountain peaks in the park, although it only has an altitude of 2,599 metres (8,527 ft). Emerald Lake is a stunning lake and a Great Lake for landscape photography. You can hike around the lake in about an hour, and the hike offers many great views on the lake and the surrounding mountains.
This fine art landscape photograph shows a beach at Emerald Lake with a tree trunk leading the eye towards the lake and Mount Burgess with some fog in the back. The photo is in black & white. As a result, the scene is a bit more moody. For some reason, it seems to fit this scene with Mount Burgess and Emerald Lake in Yoho well. Make sure to visit Yoho National Park when you get the chance. Highly recommended!

Nicely moody Johan! For some reason the mountain in the back reminds me of Mordor 😉
